Booking terms

1. Your booking

We send you your programme, what is included and what is not, and the price in writing. Your booking is confirmed when you accept it and we receive your deposit.

2. Payment

A deposit secures your booking; the balance is paid as agreed in your confirmation.

3. Changes

We try to accept any change you ask for. If a change costs more or less, we tell you before we make it.

4. Cancellation by you

Our cancellation conditions are written in your confirmation before you pay.

5. Weather and safety

Activities such as balloon flights, surf, sea trips and desert crossings depend on the weather. If an activity cannot run, we change the day or replace the activity.

6. Travel insurance

We recommend travel insurance that covers cancellation, medical costs and the activities you choose.

7. Health and fitness

Tell us before booking about any health condition, pregnancy or limitation, so we can adapt the programme.
