See the day-by-day routeAbout this 7 day Morocco tour
Our 7 day Morocco tour from Fes to Marrakech gives the Sahara the time it deserves. You spend two nights in the dunes and drive short days afterwards.
First, a guided day in Fes takes you from Bab Bou Jeloud to the tanneries. Then you walk in the cedar forest of Azrou and follow the Ziz Valley to Merzouga. After that, a long camel trek leads to a camp deep in Erg Chebbi. Next, a free day in the dunes brings a buggy ride and sandboarding. Finally, you sleep in the Todra Gorge, cycle in Skoura and stop at Aït Benhaddou. As a result, this 7 day Morocco tour never feels rushed. It is private and runs on your dates.

It gives the Sahara two full nights and a long camel trek, and the drives after Merzouga are shorter, with nights in the Todra Gorge and at Aït Benhaddou.
Where does the 7 day Morocco tour start and end?
It starts in Fes and ends in Marrakech. We meet you at Fes airport, the train station or your riad.
How long is the camel trek?
About one and a half to two hours each way, at sunset on the way in and after sunrise on the way out. A shorter ride is possible.
Can we visit the Rissani market on any day?
Rissani’s big market days are Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday; on other days we visit the old ksar and the town instead.
Is it suitable for older travellers?
Yes. The pace is relaxed, and the camel trek can be shortened or done by 4x4.
What our travellers say
A holistic experience
Booking a trip with Moroccan active adventures gave us the most memorable new years celebration of our lived. Our guide Mouhssin was especially talented at turning down deserted mountain/desert roads and finding beautiful riads…
